We had a great experience working with Susan. We found her based on reviews and she lived up to the 5 star reviews. We did a decent size renovation and working with her took all the stress away. All of the contractors she works with are great. She listens to what you want and makes suggestions when needed. We have three young kids and she knew exactly what would be practical for us but still look great. She even worked with me to find deals/discounts on certain items. As far as timing, she knew when to order everything so once the demo started there was minimal to no down time waiting on products. Everyone comments on how quick the renovation was! When decorating, we appreciated that she worked with certain items we wanted to keep. We get so many compliments on our new space. We will definitely work with Susan again in the future (I already have a few ideas)!

Susan is the best designer and project manager I have ever worked with.
She listens, communicates quickly, and is direct with both me as a client and with the folks she has to manage.
Susan has managed both small and large projects for me- a full kitchen re-build, a smaller bathroom remodel, and a larger multi-room project. All were managed extremely well and when issues came up, she communicated and managed them.
The best part is she knows when to just handle things vs. make me aware / engage with me -- saving me time and energy.
I continue to work with Susan on projects and can't wait for the next one!

Working with Susan from Design Soul-utionS was a wonderful experience for our family. From our initial meeting with Susan we knew we made the right decision in working with her. As well as being very easy to communicate with, Susan completely understood our vision for our home renovation and made the entire design and completion process very easy.
My husband and I were extremely happy with the rooms that we used her expertise for; to renovate our kitchen and dining room, as well as painting the house throughout and re-tiling our ground floor. We plan to use her again, hopefully, in the near future to help with our living room and home office. I highly recommend her to family and friends because I know her goal is to make her clients satisfied and happy.

My husband and I hired Susan to remodel our home in a modern farmhouse style. We liked her from the start and knew we were in good hands. As with any big project there were some hiccups along the way but Susan was able to use her skills and expertise to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. She took the guess work off our hands, which was a huge plus for us. Her contractors are dependable and professional. Susan always answered calls and texts promptly and took time to explain things and listen to our thoughts or concerns. We are happy with the overall result and also gained a friend in the process.

UPDATE: Well, the pandemic hit and like many folks, having a beautiful, comfortable, and functional home became more important than ever. Some of our spaces needed a new design to make them more useful and appealing as live/work spaces, and for others we just wanted a fresh updated look so the whole house would feel cohesive and intentional. Being surrounded by beautiful and comfortable things seemed so much more important once we were spending much of our time at home! I called Susan, and we got to work. She listened to what we wanted and coached us through the selection process of décor, furnishings, and materials. She has a gift for finding just the right piece for a given space—not an easy task with all the pandemic-related supply chain issues. She guided us through the unavoidable delays that everyone experienced in the last few years, and in the end everything was delivered and installed before a major family event. Susan handled all the issues with grace and professionalism. Our home turned out better than we imagined and we could not be more pleased. Even now, many months after the project was completed I still feel a deep satisfaction and joy when I step into our oasis. I cannot recommend Susan enough. She was lovely to do business with, artistically gifted and forever a part of our home.

I cannot say enough about Susan! Her access to amazing resources and her skilled team enabled her to transform my home into the space I dreamed of. She made my house practical for my everyday life without sacrificing incredible, design and style. I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and commitment to time tables. Susan kept me updated every step of the way and truly listened to my design wants and needs. She was able to accommodates my style and schedule. She has a gift with interior design and added really cool and chic aspects to my project, making the design unique and special to me. I hired Susan to assist me with artwork and accessories in my home and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is competent and professional in every way. She communicated clearly and in a timely manner. I ended up loving everything she chose because she took the time to figure out my taste. Susan redesigned my fireplace as well as adding recessed lighting in my living room and office. She brought over tile samples and coordinated all the work with the contractors. She was a pleasure to work with and listened patiently. She responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her. My job was a small one and it was handled well. I plan on contacting her again for future projects.

I feel like its just me, but I know better. I could tell Susan was really getting what I was looking for. She has that ability. And she also was really good at saying no, but in a nice way. She kept me on track and kept the home remodeling on track with a consistent theme. She is a pleasure to work with and I love my newly redesigned townhouse. Thank you Susan

This is the second time we have worked with Susan. She first did our home 13 years ago. We were looking to update our home and what an update we did! It turned into a full home re-design. She understands how we like to live in our house and is very receptive to our visions. Susan is very professional, knowledgeable, creative and just fun to be around, especially on the all day home excursions! It's evident that she genuinely cares about our home, because she works tirelessly to ensure that every detail is tailored and customized to fit our taste. Although she has her own vendors she uses, she has no problem working with any that we wanted to use for a particular job. We had some built in pieces that we were able to refinish to have an updated look. She was able to blend existing furnishings with new items and transform the look. Susan has some great connections in the industry, so we always felt that we were getting very fair prices. If you are looking for a designer that will listen and understand your visions and work within your means, we highly recommend Susan at Design Soul-utions!

Susan did a fantastic job creating my vision into a reality in the overwhelming world of design. I could not have obtained the desired look without her guidance and expertise. My home is now the beautiful open space I always dreamed it could be but needed someone to implement their expert design skills to make it come to life.

Susan was a great help in designing and selecting tiles and other finishes for our complete condo makeover. Very professional, personable and full of ideas. Easily incorporated our ideas as well as offering hers! Nice soft sell, no high pressure. She has a good sense of humor and was fun to work with. Highly recommend her!

We have purchased a home in Parkland in April of 2017, and needed to move in by the first of August. We hired Susan in June, to turn our new home into a piece of paradise... and paradise she created (in less than two months)!!!
Susan is a workaholic with amazing vision! She worked very close with us, making my wife and I really happy with her creativity and professionalism! We felt safe throughout the duration of the whole project, knowing that she is taking care of business!
The teams and vendors that she works with were great, delivering the highest quality product and services possible. Susan was scheduling deliveries, receiving product and overseeing the contractors' work.

Wow!! what an amazing designer. I turned over our ocean front condo project to Susan and within 21 days she had organized all the design layouts, contractors, located are materials for purchase an aranged for the installation and set up of everything. Susan is an amazing designer and a timely provider who produces what she promises The best investment I ever made. Thank you again Susan.

I hired Susan at SR Home Design after our first meeting because I was so impressed with her ability to visualize the possibilities of the redesign, all while keeping within the style constraints of my 1970's home. Even more impressively, she was also able to blend in some of the original furnishings I wanted to keep. When it was complete, I had exactly what I had hoped for.

Susan helped me with 3 bathrooms as well as some some work in our living room and a repainting of the entire interior of our home. She has a good vision of what the outcome should be. You can trust her instincts. She works well with the contractors, staying on top of them until all work is complete.

I am writing this letter of reference and recommendation for Susan Reich of "SR Home Design". Susan was commissioned in April 2012 by me, Paul Soliai, to totally remodel (extreme makeover) of my home in Plantation, Florida. My home is a 5500 square foot home. The most amazing task here is that she only had one week to complete the entire task, it was a surprise for my wife as we were away for a week on vacation.
Susan and her Design Team was AMAZING, they totally repainted the entire indoors, refurnished all the rooms (6 rooms total), added astonishing all new window treatments and drapery, acquired new art work and paintings throughout the entire home, new plants and accessories, created a "mancave" for me and my friends, unbelievable patio design, incredible lighting fixtures and even managed to find the time to fix our electrical and plumbing problems. Susan was not only our remodeling designer, but in that short while became a new family member.
I have not stop telling my team mates, family and friends about SR Home Design and her willingness to take on this last minute project as a surprise for my wife which turned out to be more than we ever expected. ABC television has 300 members working in a week to create "Extreme Makeover", but Susan Reich Home Design has less than 6 members on her team and managed to give the same results. Susan Reich Home Designs truly listens to the client, recommends the best for your lifestyle and most important she delivered under budget and met her deadline with no changes or additions. We love you Susan!
